9th October 2017 – Apprenticeship Events – Are you thinking about taking on an apprentice/s and having problems trying to recruit? Would you like the chance to meet local young people to raise awareness of the job opportunities available in your business?
If the answer is YES, then why not attend a ‘drop in’ event.
Cheshire West and Chester Council are holding four ‘drop in’ style events across the Borough.
Venues and dates are:-
- Tuesday 10th October 2017 at Storyhouse, Chester CH1 2AR
- Wednesday 11th October 2017 at Winsford Lifestyle Centre, Winsford CW7 1AD
- Tuesday 17th October 2017 at Northwich Memorial Court, Northwich CW9 5QJ
- Thursday 19th October 2017 at Ellesmere Port Library (cafe), Ellesmere Port CH65 0BG
All events will run from 3:30-6:00pm.
We would like to invite providers and employers with “live” apprenticeship vacancies to attend these events to promote the opportunities that are available now or are likely to be over the next few months.
The primary audience will be those young people who are re-considering their options post exams, however we anticipate that people will attend these events to better understand what future opportunities could be available locally.
You are able to attend all four events. You need to register for each event that you are attending using the link below.
These sessions will give you an opportunity to meet young people from across the borough looking to take up an apprenticeship. It will be an opportunity to raise awareness of your business, the opportunities and the exciting future you could offer them.
