This session’s speaker can explain to you how you can execute an effective succession plan for your business to leave it in capable hands for a bright future.

Nick Hodson, having previously held Managing Director positions within a number of large growing businesses, has more recently taken his family run business through such a change, taking his business from a £450k annual turnover to £7.5M.

Committed to demonstrating the importance of strategy at every level and aiding businesses to achieve sustainable growth, Nick will share his story and his best advice and guidance to growing business

Nick would like to show you three ways to make this happen. He will also be sharing how he achieved:

  • Growth: From family business to million pound company
  • New business: Successfully launched International Recruitment division within the existing family business in 2013, which made £35k GP in the first year, £100k in year 2.
  • Strategy: Re-launched the family business following a devastating fraud in 2010, with no redundancies and minimal loss to suppliers.

This exclusive event will also be providing updates on all the business support available to Cheshire and Warrington Businesses including new Grant Funding.
