4th February 2016 – Mock Trial and Business Driver Safety Conference
When: Friday 12th February 2016 from 09:00 to 16:30
Where: Cheshire Police Headquarters, Clemonds Hey, Winsford CW7 2UA
Do your staff have to drive as part of their work role? This includes staff driving to meetings and events, visiting customers or clients and driving between sites?
If the answer is yes?
Then you should come along to the Mock Trial and Business Driver Safety Conference to learn more about the prosecution risks businesses face for motoring offences committed by their employees.
Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Road Safety Team in conjunction with Cheshire Police and Cheshire Fire & Rescue Service are bringing together transport solicitors, experts and Justices to help businesses better understand their legal obligations and the procedures they should have in place.
The conference will share best practice in introducing, maintaining and developing a comprehensive work related road safety policy and how to develop the programme. The key principles explored in the seminar apply to small and large companies alike.
Who should attend: Professionals working in the areas of fleet, transport, and risk management, insurance professionals, CSR and HR managers, and representatives of any organisation requiring their employees to drive for work.
Please note: This event is completely free of charge and lunch is provided. Places are limited to 2 delegates per business. This will be a valuable and informative day helping you meet your legal obligations.
